gic business prog day 4wah, i survived for so long liaos!! :D:D hahas. today's prog was very fun:D the funnest and most interesting so far.
introduction to bond was quite refreshing, learnt a lot of the price and face value of bonds. and since i wasnt exactly clear what bonds were in the very first place, so it was new and interesting.
risk management... the most interesting part! this was the part which i thought i would be the most interested in if i pursue such a career in the very first place. and the risk calculations were quite simple and do-able and quite interesting how they do stuff like that :D
real estate:D wahhh. this is very interesting also. how they value it. how the consider the sooo many factors. the wateva:D super fun! and interesting! die larh. make me spoilt for choice :P
special investments. higher risk = higher returns. wheee... they got very high risks. but like. got 600% returns? crazy larhs!!! omg..... :P haha. very fun:D the research before hand. the assessment and stuff like that.
okok. im still struggling with a script nows :S so i shouldnt be blogging. back to work!
