did a 4.4k today:) accomplishment... and zhu hui was saying she not sporty, very scared cant run... im sure:) she did 4.4 too... haha, also congrats to mr wong for 11 1/4 rounds, yong chun 6 rounds, chian yeh 7 rounds... eee, no idea how many rounds chun fung and shaun did...tsktsk to jo whom i thought would come, nicole lousy din see us running... junx tsktsk... come after we finish running...
haha, feel a bit less fat although i know there's no difference... haiz...
